At Blur India, we want you to love your glow; however, due to the personal nature of beauty products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please ensure you notify our team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Report the Issue
Send an email to our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order ID and clear photos of the damaged product.
- 2.Quality Inspection
Our team will review your request and photos to verify the defect or transit damage against our quality assurance standards.
- 3.Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your original delivery address at a time convenient for you.
- 4.Resolution
After the item reaches our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement within 5-7 business days.
